Under this option we will
Provide an initial lettings appraisal
Advertise your property and vet prospective tenants
Conduct full credit checking & referencing
Prepare all legal documents
Collect first months rent and damage deposit
We will also help to make the letting process stress free by making every effort to ensure the new tenant has notified the utility companies and local authority of a change in occupier at the commencement of the tenancy.
(2) MAINTENANCE MANAGED
For landlords who do not wish to be involved in the management of their property. Under this option you can take a back seat but still make decisions to do any required works yourself should you wish to.
This service includes everything in the part managed service. In addition we will arrange any necessary maintenance to the property and deduct the cost from the rent we receive. When ever possible we will contact you initially to gain your consent for the work to be undertaken. In an emergency we may act immediately to protect you and your tenant. We will also inspect your property on a regular basis.
